We store call data records and call recordings if you call a PRS; we store text data records and text messages if you text a PSMS.

Why do we collect information about you?

We collect information about you in order to provide you with personal entertainment services. Information shall be collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes and not further processed in a manner that is incompatible with those purposes.

We have a legitimate interest to record PRS call data for security purposes; we have a legitimate interest to record PRS calls to fulfil our legal requirements.

We have a legitimate interest to store your mobile phone number in order for us to provide PSMS to you; we have a legal obligation to request your date of birth in order to confirm your age; we have a legal obligation to store PSMS messages.

We store this information for a period of up to three years in order to comply with regulatory requirements.

Who will the information we collect about you be shared with?

We are duty bound to supply information to the regulatory body for PRS and PSMS, Phone-paid Services Authority, if we receive a formal request to do so.

This does not affect your rights and we will make all reasonable attempts to obtain your consent before sharing any personal sensitive data we may hold about you.

Access to your information and correction

You have a right to request access to the information we may hold about you, and a right to request we amend incorrect information we may hold about you.

If you deem we are not handling your rights correctly you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
